The College is inviting tender to manage the dining hall for staff/student and the VIP Dining Room located on the College premises. The contract period of this tender is expected to start earliest from late August 2024.

1. Tender

The food options are not limited and can include Chinese and Western dishes. It is important to accommodate the dietary preferences of vegetarians. Apart from daily meal services, including on-campus takeaways, the supplier will also be responsible for providing meals for the communal dinners, High Table Dinners, and various College events.

Application instructions:

1. Interested suppliers must register a supplier account in the CUHK Procurement System (CUPro) in advance. Registration link: https://cupro-cuhk.com/Supplier/en/Login/index.aspx? (See Supplier manual for this specific system)
2. Bidders must submit the completed tender form and attach relevant documents to the system (CUPro) before the deadline for bidding, and send a deposit check of HK$30,000 (payable to The Chinese University of Hong Kong) to Room G02, G/F, CW Chu College, Campus Circuit North, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Please mark “Tender No.: T-20240234” and “Catering Services Tender for CW Chu College” on the envelope. Late submissions will not be considered.
3. Tender closing date: 4 July 2024 (Thursday, 2:30 pm)

A briefing session and site visit will be held on 27 June 2024 (Thursday, 10:00 am) at CW Chu College, Campus Circuit North, CUHK, Shatin, N.T.
