Terms of Reference

1. To plan, edit and coordinate College publications in both print and electronic form, including brochures, newsletters, pamphlets and the College website
2. To advise on the establishment of IT platform(s) to enhance communication among staff and students, including the acquisition of hardware and software, the set-up of the College IT system and the use of email domains, aliases and social networking tools
3. To assist the College in the mapping of an IT strategy to support communication and information needs
4. To promote the use of IT in the College and among members of the College
5. To advise on and to plan communication and outreach to external stakeholders
6. To handle any other tasks assigned by the Assembly of Fellows
7. To be accountable to Assembly of Fellows
