Dr. AU YEUNG Ching Man Albert 歐陽靖民

Dr. Albert Au Yeung is a member of technical staff at Anthropic PBC, the company that created Claude. He’s currently living in Dublin, Ireland. He obtained his PhD degree in Computer Science at the University of Southampton, with support from the R C Lee Centenary Scholarship. He is an alumnus of CUHK, where he obtained his MPhil in Computer Science and BEng in Information Engineering.

Albert has been working on data mining, machine learning and natural language processing for many years. He was a researcher and software engineer in various places, including the NTT Communication Science Labs in Japan, ASTRI and Huawei Noah’s Ark Lab in Hong Kong, and LinkedIn and Analog Devices in Ireland. He looks forward to sharing his experience with students who are interested in pursuing their studies abroad or a career in the field of AI.
