Ms. WONG Oi Sze Ayse 王凱斯

Ms. Ayse Wong Oi Sze is the Vice President – Human Resources of Regal Hotels International.  She is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources functions of all Hotels in the Regal Group as well as the companies under Century City Group, Paliburg Group and Regal REIT.

Graduated from University of Hawaii Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Travel Industry Management, Ms. Wong has extensive hotel and human resources management experience in renowned hotels and companies in in Hong Kong such as The Regent, Sun Hung Kai Properties Group and South China Group.

Ms. Wong believes that education as well as continuous training and development is the foundation of a knowledge-based economy.  She was a member of the Industry Training Committee and Assessment & Quality Assurance Committee of Vocational Training Council and a member of Education Bureau’s New Academic Structure Employer Working Group on Curriculum Development.  She has also been appointed a member of the Curriculum Development Council of the Education Bureau for 2015–2017.
